Enuit provides resources to implement, customize, and enhance its products for its clients.

Product Implementation

Enuit follows a product implementation methodology to maximize a client's investment in Enuit's products. A typical implementation project will start off with a review of product features and functions in order to identify any additional client needs. A project team is organized of both client and Enuit resources. Responsibility for product installation, data migration, training, system interfaces, system configuration and setup is assigned to project resources.

Customizations and Enhancements

Enstep is highly configurable and adaptable to a variety of customer needs. Its existing capabilities can be easily extended through product enhancements as a client may require. Clients may elect to keep its customizations confidential or allow it to be incorporated into Enstep's architecture, which is sometimes called an enhancement. Each option has its benefits.
For instance, confidential customizations may represent an advantageous business process best kept quiet. Enuit can help a client's internal IT resources make these changes, or perform the work for the client. The downside to customizations is that a client may have to re-incorporate the customization each time a newer version of Enstep is released.
Enhancements, on the other hand, are incorporated directly into the baseline version of Enstep. Enuit therefore will take responsibility for ensuring that each enhancement is maintained in each release cycle of Enstep.
