Transaction Management

Enstep can handle even the most demanding and complicated transaction processing requirements. Each transaction is integrally linked into every other part of Enstep. Transactions can be decomposed, valued, settled, scheduled, invoiced, confirmed, taxed, hedged, analyzed, and so much more.

Pre-built Standard Transaction Sets

Enstep comes pre-built out-of-the-box with many of the standard transaction types: Futures, Swaps, Options, and Physical deals of various flavors and varieties for all energy commodities, including natural gas, electricity, coal, crude, NGLs, etc.

Transaction Type Factory

In addition to Enstep's pre-built standard deal types, Enstep users can create new transactions without having to program a single line of code. Instead, users create descriptive metadata in a application form to describe a transaction's intended behavior, including risk decomposition, risk profile transformation, valuation, settlement, scheduling, etc. Each new transaction may require only a few hours to set up, making off-system deal management unnecessary.

Structured Transactions

Enstep offers support for complicated and complex transaction types, commonly called Structured Deals. These troublesome deal types can be created and managed by application users quickly using mouse drag-n-drop operations.
