Credit Management
Enstep's credit management workbench empowers credit managers with great end-user-configured functions. Not only does this workbench store and maintain data from external credit-related sources, but also provides functions to internally generate information using a credit managers own personal rules and procedures.
External Data Management
One type of external data, which can be maintained within Enstep, is credit ratings, which can come from any number of external sources. Each source can be paired together with credit rating data by company.
Enstep can also be configured to record any number of basic data from Corporate Financials. Credit managers simply create a list of financial parameters, such as market cap, earnings per share, net income, book value, revenue, etc. Enstep forms will then provide a place to record each of these values per company.
System Functions
Credit managers can also create formulas and rules by which financial parameters can be turned into financial ratios and internal credit scores. They can also create credit limit buckets and define formulas by which Enstep will calculate credit exposure against a given limit amount.
Enstep's credit workbench bench can also be configured to remember important credit dates, such as Effective, Expiration, Last Reviewed, Next Review, and any other date of importance.
Interfaces
Credit managers access Accounts Receivable/Payable and Margin Payments data from General Ledgers in order to offset credit exposure calculations. Enstep can be easily connected to any data source to provide this information with the credit management workbench.
