June 30, 2011-Constellation Energy (formerly MX Energy) has accepted delivery of a software application, called ERA, built to their specifications by Enuit's project team. The application will manage business risks of their Natural Gas and Electricity retail operations. It includes software functions to aggregate residential and commercial retail customers, apply load-shaping factors to retail load projections, match retail position wholesale supply hedges, segregate profit margin, and much more.
Enuit is a developer of energy trading and risk management software applications, including Enuit's flagship product, called Enstep. Enstep handles all of the elements of normal energy trading operations, such as contract management; trade management, valuation, and settlement; risk management; physical commodity scheduling; hedge accounting; credit management. Its functions support NG trading, processing, and production operations.
Constellation Energy is a large utility in the Baltimore, Maryland area, which has recently purchased MX Energy's retail business. MX Energy services many retail markets across the United States.
June 30, 2011-Texon LP (located Houston, Texas) uses Enuit's software application to manage Texon's natural gas processing contracts for Texon's Producer Services business with Enuit's flagship ETRM product, called Enstep. Enstep's Producer Services module has functions to forecast processing revenues, manage processing contracts, schedule processing deals, and generate billing statements for both processors and producers.
Enuit built out Enstep's producer services capability from requirements provided by Texon. It is an integrated part of a larger product, which supports all of the typical operational needs of an energy trading company, such as trading, scheduling, billing, hedging, etc.
Texon LP is a well-known, Texas-based, oil and gas company providing high-quality, value-adding services for its natural gas producing clients.

Enstep captures all of Texla's trade types, marks trades to market daily, schedules, invoices, generates credit exposure reports, and many other functions to support Texla's trading operations.
